The MY WISH Project is a Rotary community initiative that was established 2008 with the aim to grant meaningful wishes that would make lasting imprints in the lives of terminally ill adult patients and their families.
This wish-granting project targets underprivileged adult patients with terminal illnesses and embraces a section of our society often left forgotten (there are make-a-wish foundations for children but not adults). We hope to raise awareness within the healthcare community to encourage healthcare professionals, social workers and other individuals in close contact with terminally ill adults to play a supporting role in granting wishes. All the time and resources used in the making of this community initiative are kindly funded by donors, sponsors, and volunteers. 100% of the nett funds raised go to the beneficiaries of the MY WISH Project. |
